[ This account is on a temporary Hiatus until I can get myself sorted. As most of you may or may not know I have been going through a lot dealing with a loss in the family and have been rather ill the last couple of weeks as well. I’ve been suffering through a lot of anxiety and panic attack episodes and now that school is starting back up in a few days I am concerned that I won’t be able to focus properly and manage this account at the same time. I’m also needing to seek therapy and speak to a psychologist because of the stress I have been having to endure as of lately. All role plays will be on a temporary Hiatus as well. I apologize to anyone that has been waiting for responses from me but right now I need to get my health back on track. If you need me or want to stay in contact until I return my Skype is: ariantinora
I’m sorry and I hope you all understand. ]
If he hadn’t been watching Jac as he was or mostly used to her habits, he’d have missed the group entering the building or taken offense to her teasing. As it was, he rolled with it unflappably as he always did. “I’m looking forward to a drink, something strong that might calm my nerves.” He commented thoughtfully. “Maybe that bar on 50 W 17th St, it’s open four p.m. to nine.”
Slapping his hands to his chest, he added. “You read me so well, darling.” Slight sarcasm and humor coated his words. “I’m just very in touch with my feelings.”
“—I’m sure you are,” Jackqueline returned critically.
After pausing briefly, she glanced down at her wrist watch and adjusted it slightly before lifting her gaze to look at him once again. She always felt slightly awkward and overly renewed after not having seen him for awhile but, regardless of that feeling it kept things slightly fresh. He often could be hard to handle in and out of the field and in her experience—mostly in. She was stubborn and always wanted to do things her own way while he liked to loosely play by his own rules.
It was admiring, but it was equally as frustrating.
“So, how’s six sound?”
[ I am back. Horribly on Christmas day but, back nonetheless. I’m going to try and get to some of the things that I owe though it will be slow. Not feeling very well. ]
[ Again, I’m sorry I haven’t been on. We’ve just had a death in the family yesterday morning so my focus has been elsewhere trying to get funeral arrangements squared away. I apologize for my delay in replies and I promise to get back to them as soon as possible. ]
[ouch ouch ouch]
”I am really really not in the mood today— what do y’need?”
[ The brunette had been roaming the Xavier Institute for quite some time now looking for a man named Bobby Drake. After coming across an open door in a rather empty living quarter, Jackqueline reflexively reached the tips of her fingers up to scratch at the lining of her eyebrow; a clear indication of intentionally obstructing her view from the man she’d accidentally just walked in on as best as possible. ]
“—Uh, sorry. I was just lookin’ for someone.”
[ thanks man I just idk after seven pm I go from mildly scatterbrained to borderline psychotic and it’s gr8. ]

[text] I don’t know whether to frown or laugh at that pun.
[text] But all-in-all, I’m glad that you’re ‘alive’, for lack of a better word.
[text] We should meet up sometime.
——— “Someone touched my Noisy Cricket; bout to beat a bitch’s ass in a second.”
“—Trust me,” Jac paused, “nobody sane would even think about touchin’ that thing,” she replied in short, “I take it your its owner?”
Bryce was going to tease her a bit more, inquire what exactly he was supposed to be doing but bit back the urge, barely. He liked the way she smiled but he didn’t want to make her uncomfortable. “It was hardly badass. Just because I get those every once in awhile doesn’t mean it happens all the time.” He couldn’t help pointing out.
"But a drink and an explanation, sure. I’ll add that to my To Do list. I’m doing what I always do after work. Watch a movie, maybe order takeout, sleep."
“—Well, if your usual is that boring then you should definitely take up goin’ out with me for a drink,” Jackqueline replied sarcastically, “if you think you’re actually up for it, it’s on me,” she offered.
Her eye’s roamed over towards the side as she looked at a group of gentlemen coming into the building, and her brow cautiously knitted inward before returning her gaze to Bryce, and almost instantly returning to the previous, soft expression she’d held with him not seconds ago, “I don’t have to work late tonight so if you wanna pick a time an’ a place I can meet you there. That is—unless—,” there was a pause, a very obvious one; she was going to tease him, “—you have movie date with your couch an’ a box of shitty take out Chinese food, again,” she gasped quietly, “I bet it’s a chick-flick, too.”
